Limited period for making appointments, and ages of recorded messages. A small thing but the receptionist could have told me which side to sit. Also a welcome on entering rather than a blank look when finally leaving the computer screen. Having worked with the public for most of my working life, I was friendly to people who generally responded positively. The nurse was friendly and competent.


Your question: Do you have any long standing conditions? Could be better worded as I have one which was not listed, so another square for "Other" might be a good idea.
