Called for help and requested a review as I was having issue's with leaks. I was given an appointment for a few day's time but the lady realised I was really struggling and went above and beyond and contacted the nurse and they arranged for me to be seen on the same day. The stoma nurse was very helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me some new items to try. I am very, very happy with the service I received and the helpful advice. Excellent service

Very satisfied with the home visit, even though it was just a quick check on skin/stoma condition and appliance fitting.

This was my first time here and was made to feel really comfortable and at ease with my issues , I was listened to and was given the best advice about my concerns , I was made to feel as though I’m going to be looked after and if I need any help or advice it will always there . It was nice being made feel normal by Tammy , the nurse that saw me Thank you Andy
