I visited the One Hospital Ashford to see Chris Theoki about my vertigo again I received excellent service from him his secretary and all the staff at the one hospital I was treated kindly and respectfully and listened to and would recommend this hospital to all my friends and family thank you Judith Thorpe Broadstairs Kent

There is not much to improve bar the slow moving of cases through the system during covid

I have just had an operation at One Ashford and can highly recommend this hospital. Such friendly caring staff and my specialist Mr Brian Wise was just wonderful. I was completely put at my ease and my procedure fully explained to me. The theatre staff and anaesthetist were highly professional and kind, putting me at my ease when I was a bit nervous. The post operative care was amazing!! The nurses are super kind and professional. I felt very safe and protected with regards to Covid protocols too. I would not hesitate in coming here again. .

It would be remiss of me not to mention the team supporting Mr Jain. I was warmly welcomed by a Receptionist with a genuine smile and escorted by a Porter with a wonderful sense of humour. The Anaesthetist and his Assistant really knew how to calm this anxious patient through lighthearted conversation, and the Nurses couldn't have been more caring. Last but not least, compliments to the Chef for a very delicious meal that was well-presented, and thanks to the lady who served me with a smile and readiness to help me with anything else I might have needed. Everyone seemed to be loving their jobs and to me that's a crucial ingredient for fantastic service. My sincere thanks to you all.
