I had occasion to use the Proton Beam Department at UCHL in April 2022. My experience of UCHL was a very positive. The staff are all attentive, ,courteous and professional. I found the reception staff at the Proton Beam Therapy Department particularly friendly and helpful during my treatment. A credit to the NHS. Thank you.

Fabulously dedicated staff from Consultants to Cleaners. See below... I do NOT identify as male I AM male! Always have been always will be. This sort of question has no place here or anywhere else for that matter. It is an affront to accepted biology and natural science.

All the staff in radiotherapy were very kind and and compassionate. Can't thank them enough especially Mark,Annie, Eve, Laura etc. Dr Lee Grange and her registrar were very attentive, took time to listen, carefully explained and took prompt action when necessary. They were kind and compassionate.

V clean and helpful staff, although the lifts are terrible. You have to be at least 15-20mins early to avoid any issues.
