Serena has been an absolute godsend for me. I was in a particularly fragile state both physically and emotionally at our first appointment but Serena went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and calm and not in any pain. She was extremely knowledgeable about my complex condition and she gave me confidence that there was light at the end of the tunnel! I have gained strength quickly by following her very specific plan and have throughly enjoyed using the reformer machines under her guidance. I trust her implicitly and know that I’m in good hands. The Boxgrove has been a beautiful and friendly place to recuperate in. Highly recommended.

Mrs Serena Cooper. I had a badly damaged and painful leg being unable to put any weight on it.This had occurred by my having followed a strenuous exercise routine being shown on the TV and I was certainly concerned I had done lasting damage. Having been seen by Mrs Serena Cooper at the Boxgrove Clinic for just 6 sessions I am now capable of using my leg again with no difficulty. This was achieved through her kindness and her professionalism as a Physiotherapist as she guided me through the various stages and exercises that led to my regaining full use of my leg. I am very grateful indeed to her and warmly recommend her to anyone needing similar help.

Empathy and Patience and technically excellent. I would certainly recommend Serina and the practice. Availability and little or no delay when seeking an appointment are also a big plus

I had been on the NHS waiting list for an assessment on my shoulder following a dislocation for months (and still am!) but I have some limited insurance and put it to good use. Booking was easy and I had an appointment really quickly with a fantastic physiotherapist - Serena, who listened to me and assessed quickly. I began physio immediately and would say that after just 5 sessions the difference is dramatic! I'm still working towards my 'normal' but have every confidence that I'll get there with Serena's help. I have complete trust and faith in her. It helps that she's understanding and lovely!

Serena was THE most receptive person I've ever met! Despite advice, I would continue as I was prior to my injury, Serena would work around any and all additional issues I'd have incurred over the weeks between our session. My final appointment prior to surgery was a Godsend! I had been very impatient with my healing process and wanted to continue as I was, however; after meeting with Serena several times I finally learnt I couldn't do that. I left my last appointment very optimistic going into surgery; I had regained so much movement in my ankle/foot just over the course of 4-6 weeks. As someone that has appointments first thing in the morning; I genuinely look forward to the days I get to see Serena; not only does she look after your body, but also (for me anyway) has acted as a therapist in my sessions haha - always inquisitive about my work and just wonderful for a chat! I couldn't recommend Serena enough, and I wouldn't probably, because then she'd be booked up!!!
