Lorna was fantastic and really put me at ease. I was releaved and felt she cared about my health when she was unsure about something and got a colleague for a second opinion. After something which I guess can take a long time to sometimes get answers about it was comforting to know that she was invested in getting to the bottom of it and if unsure would ask other professionals their opinion as well. Understandably I was in a bit of an exposing position but she was very respectful and aware of this. She was brilliant - thank you for making something that could be nerve racking, easy and for being approachable

Mrs Adams was communicative and her Nurse Assistant Sally I felt that I was treated with respect that I was able to talk about my problems that led me to need this appointment I was reassured during the ultrasound and the Nurse Sally also made sure that I could say anything I’ve never felt this way on previous appointments in this department What a perfect way to be treated Please let them know that I felt totally respected

Lorna was absolutely amazing and gave us the best service I've ever recieved. We went in today for a 16 week scan for reassurance due to losing l our baby at 16 weeks last year. She let us see everything and told us the gender, and went and gave us a 4D experience aswell. I'm so so thankful and hope I have her for all my scans

Lorna was very friendly and professional, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Explained what she was doing and what I was seeing on the monitor at all times, especially because baby was extremely active during the scan.
